Hand Blown? Ink Bottle?

Pretty red(ink bottle?) The 2nd and 3rd pics show the color best. It's a very transparent pink-red. Lots of air bubbles and no seams. I wondered if it was a hand blown ink bottle? There is a clear sticker on the bottom that says Hand wash in cold water and under that it says what I assume is the same in French. Then it shows a hand over a wavy water line. It doesn't have any other type of markings. I'm really not sure what it is so I listed it in 2 different categories. The glass seems to be actually red, there are no scratches or places where the red peeled to reveal clear glass.

I know I am really not giving much info to go on, but can anyone identify or maybe age?
