Vieux Paris pedestal cup and saucer

It is a pity but the saucer of this wonderful cup has three chips in the border. The rest is so wonderful. The porcelain is very very thin (as some KPM) and translucent. I adore it when I saw, but I am not fond of buying porcelain that is chipped. The combination of the shape with soft greyish blue and the gilt and iron red is marvelous to me. I was astonished when under the magnifying glass the border showed the excellence of the hand painted motif, please click on the second picture to open it in order to appreciate the details. The looped handle is small sculpture. I tried to take two incised marks in the last picture a crescent and I. I would appreciate any comment about the maker or date. Thanks.
