small folding knife that looks like a gun

This little knife is only about 3" long. I suppose that when you pull the trigger it once sprang forth in a lively manner and snapped into place. Sadly, being yet another item I found outdoors, it's not so lively as perhaps it once was. On the right side you can clearly see the letters A, G, and E. See pic above with blade extended, above the trigger. The word is either Hague or Eagle. I'm going with Eagle. I see nothing relating to the Boy Scouts, though I'm certainly no expert in that field.
