    Jaguar E-Type Pedal Car
I understand that this was made made in Japan during the 1960’s for the Asian market only.
The body is full steel and originally would of come with chromed hubcaps, bumpers and over-riders.
The light covers would of been plastic with chromed surrounds.
As you can see there are a few variations from a triang and even the real Jag poetic licence maybe?
The words “CHILD JAGUAR” are on the front and rear area of the grill and the rear boot.

My intention is to renovate this so I can display it with my own Jags and a couple of other Jag pedal cars.

Ill post updated photos when I am done.

Has anyone other info on these?

I have the exact same pedal car from when I was a kid and now want to restore it too. Mine has a few more bumps and dings and is similarly rusted. Part of the steering mechanism needs replacing and would like to know where I could find suitable replacement parts. I would love to know if you have started or completed your restoration.

I have two of these that are complete but need a bit of work. They were indeed made in Japan and are pretty unusual in the UK (I got them both from Japan). If anyone wants pics of the orignal parts let me know.
