I can't find any reference to this artist. I can't make out the artist name.
If you look at picture #3, there appears to be a Japanese mark and above the mark it looks like 2 faces. At first I thought they were just foliage, but these two are different than anything else on the plate.
Hand painted plate measures 6" Diam
You can see and feel the brush marks.
