Hello. Admittedly I know nothing about this phone. My father gave it to me, but I'm not even sure that he knows where he got it. I am trying to figure out what kind of phone this is. There is a tag on it that says "Sears Roebuck", but aside from what you can see in these pics, that's everything I know.

Does anyone know what model of phone this is, or how easy it is to find parts to help restore it?

    Thanks!

You might contact House of Phones as they have helped me in the past. My info is so old that there isn't even an email address but should be easy to find O/L.

Your wall phone was manufactured by Chicago Telephone & Supply. The company was formed in Chicago in 1896. In 1902 they moved there operations to Elkhart, IN. Chicago Telephone Supply Co manufactured thousand of telephones for Sears, Roebuck and Montgomery Ward Your phone was manufactured from the late 1920's to the 1930's. Chicago Telephone Supply (CTS) is still in business today. The best place to locate old phone parts is through Antique Telephone Collectors Association, atcaonline.com, House of Telephones is now located in Canada.
