This Post Card is from my small postcard/stamp collection I am not sure who made the postcard but it has an artistic flair and may be made by somebody famous lol!! I am not sure how old the post card is may be from around that same time period there is some fancy looking art under the stamps but it is covered up. The red cross stamps are cool looking too and I notice there are no zip codes- it was sent from tucson arizona to waco tx.
Just to clarify, the Christmas Seals weren't always a "Red Cross" issue;
Issued by the American National Red Cross (1907-1919)
Issued by the National Tuberculosis Association (1920-1967)
Issued by The National Tuberculosis & Respiratory Disease Assoc. (1968-1972)
Issued by the American Lung Association (1973 to present)
wow agh thanks for that info. is all that info just in your memory??
No, I have a full set of Christmas/Easter Seals in my collection and there is also a section in my Scott Specialized U.S. Stamps catalog describing them. - The Scott catalog# for the ones you have shown is #WX32 -- Here is my full sheet from 1945 I have posted on CW, none of my others have been posted yet.
