Another inherited piece....so cute. He just has a "happy" look to him. No hallmark on the bird, but you can see a sticker on the base. Made in China. The sides of the sticker says Stone Lantern.
In case the sticker is not legible:
Thai Blue & White Porcelain Bird. Meticulously hand-painted in cobalt blue oxide underglaze. Finest quality.
Anyone have an idea of age? Probably a newer piece, but can't find anything like it online. Not even sure what category it should go in.

Just a quick thought, no scan data on the sticker, and the font on it and the label look fairly retro, you may be looking at early 70s. :)

It does! I love his little fat shape almost like he's fluffing up sitting on eggs :)
