Hey collectors , just found this at an estate sale and all it seem to say is stearling . Does anyone out there know anything about this cool mother of pearl searching piece. I've seen lots of mother of pearl handle serving pieces but never an actual pearl as the server. ( I think I said that right ) lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I believe this was referred to as a "caviar spoon" - here is one with a different handle design;
