This lidded jar is the same décor as the trophy vases in my previous post. The lower part of the jar is ribbed.... an effect that's becoming familiar.
As with the lid of the previous jar there is a hole in the top which is 'plugged' by the applied clear finial. Welz art deco period lids are made without this hole, in my limited experience.
Height to top of finial 17 cm./6.75 inches
