Grandmother's vase

passed from my mother who said it was her mother's.
mum called is something other than a vase - but what - I can't recall.
10 inches tall.
can't find any similar photos when searching for Ranleigh Ware Made in England which is stamped on its base.
would like to find out approximately what year it was made.
