      the language on the cup is Hungarian.

      Focsani .... A town in Romania.
      Hadifogoly tabor ..... POW camp.

      The first two photos are of Imperial German Army Reservist's flask - kind of a memento of service. Bluemax1914 posted a splendid example here:
