This is a great pair of layered glass cut through to reveal the color below. The blue appears to be a semi-opaque opaline glass that is brilliant in color! The base shows a ground and polished pontil.
The tops appear to be sterling silver and quite ornate.
Total height with the top is 5 1/2 inches.
Maker unknown to me.
