FINK CIGAR COMPANY PLUG PERIQUE MIXTURE TIN

I found an old tobacco tin in my mother's cellar. NOCICO Plug Perique MIXTURE FINK CIGAR COMPANY. Federal Street Boston is indicated on the label. Can't find any information on the Fink Cigar Company (Fink is the way it's spelled on the label - there is a Finck Cigar Company I'd found information on but I don't think they're "related". Tin is about 4" high with lid and 4-1/2" in diameter. Although it is very rusted there are areas which lead me to believe that it was originally green. An inner lid fits inside and has a metal loop to pull it out - stamped on the inner lid is Patented November 1896(?) No71112
Any information on it would be wonderful!
