Bolex H16 J

I know this is camera is a Bolex H16 J, it has a bunch of accessories from extra battery packs to extra film reels. It was used by a high school back in the 80's to film their football games. I've found a single page online about what this camera is which is "http://bolexh16user.net/H16J.html", But what I cannot find about this is how to tell what quality it's in or how I would go about to repair it. All the local camera shops I've taken it too have no clue what it is.
