    The latest GI Joe Club exclusive figure. I don't recall his official name but I am calling him Uranium Man. As he is green he is not Vaseline.
    This is an evil GI Joe and soon an accessory set will be available for him disguising his green skin.
    He glows in the dark and I took the last photo in darkness. Looks a bit reddish but that is just the camera having trouble with low light. He will glow bright if I ever get a UV light.
