Hi, I found this beautiful glass set in my basement and I honestly just wanted to find out the maker. It has a specific marking on it and it's really beautiful! I love the look of it, I'd just love to know where it came from. Thank you!

(I apologize for the sideways images.)

Not too sure about the glass manufacturer, but here are some possibles for the companies that did the silver overlay. Likeliest one is Silver City but Birks Silversmiths from Canada is another. Look under silver overlay to check out others

Great, I'll check that out! Thank you so much!

hard to say but you might look to New Martinsville Glass on the cream & sugar; possibly Newport pattern; that silver décor has been used on other New Martinsville pieces and is unknown.

the 3-toed relish in the first photo is Imperial Glass #588, AKA: Pie Crust

That same lily of the valley and daffodil silver overlay was used on other Imperial Glass patterns (Candlewick for instance) but not sure who is responsible.

That's an orchid pattern. I have a really nice New Martinsville creamer set with the Janice blank with flanders poppy overlay and a radiance art deco fin tray with silver overlay. Mine is Silver city. It's from the 60's. I definitely see a candlewick handled bowl in the mix. Companies like silver city used blanks from a lot of different companies.
