Recent estate sale pickup of what I think is a Pre WW1 George Lawrence leather gun Holster. I'm trying to identify the actual year is was made and the gun used. The holster measures 12 in long and on the back it's stamped with a 9 at top than a 22A below it. Anyone know this holster or could point me to a chart. Thanks

That's a tough one. Appears to have been used for a revolver. Can only guess, but the pistol "molding" looks like something like a S&W Schofield. But then, it looks newer than that age.

Thanks Blunder from what I could tell from the stamp dating this would be pre WW1.
