      Hi,
W.S. George purchased East Palestine Pottery Company in 1904, was destroyed by a fire in 1914. They rebuilt in 1924. This pattern is actually out in many names under many companies, including Sebring. the brothers who owned E.P. pottery, Limoges and more. Many companies did this with "transfer pieces, sold it for blanks.
Lido refers to to the shape of the mold. I can tell you Lido started in 1930's., However it is unclear when it was used until. The good new is yours can't be past 1955 as they went bankrupt and rebranded under a different name and mark.
      Enjoy, it's beautiful!
      Di
