After looking in books & online ... considering Tiffin, Fry, Heisey ... without a positive identification ... my best guess is HC Fry Glass(?). Fry etching have the super fine detail and frosted background like this rose has. (Etching pictures in the collector's books are pretty hard to see so I failed to match it up!) Sooo can anyone positively identify this piece - bet someone can! Another thing that stumped me is the THICK FOOT. Who made a thick-footed form like this? Couldn't find any similar vase forms with that thick base. Thanks!
