Found this chair at a rummage sale. The fabric looks like a satin. The fabric has wear damage on the back so we suspect someone re-apohlstered it. I have included two pictures of the chair that has been stripped. The wood is cherry. Need help identifying it.
We started to pull the chair apart to do repairs. OMG terrible job. But we did find that the original fabric was a dusty green velvet. The new fabric was wrapped around the lower part of the arms. While the back spline was not broken, it was not secured to the frame.
We are still needing to identify it
Still need identification of this chair, please. The top back seems to have cornucopia items carved into it.
