It seems to me that Kralik applied this pinkish, iridescent flower to clear martelé vases of all sorts of shapes......this is the shape I have!

Thank you, Karen and Ian for complimenting my photos! It was dusk. the photos were grim, I put on the light but the photos were worse! I laid the vase flat and took the photos from above. The pink is reflected from either the flower or the vintage pink glass shade in that room, I think. I won't know until I try it again in the same circumstances/different vase.
