Need Help Identifying a old Desk

I bought this about a year ago and it came in pieces. I was just going to recycle the wood and then realised that I had all the pieces and managed to get it together! I’ve also decided to restore it and not refinish it. I am desperate to find out where and when it was made and by whom. I cannot find any makers marks on it. It Measure approx. 28in depth, 35in height and 65in length. It also has brass flush handles in a U shape with no key.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I was told that it came out of the DuPont house or office here in The Bahamas.
