A rather plain metal cabinet but for some reason I like it. It is 30" high 18" wide and 13" deep. As you can see it has three shelves inside. There are no markings on it.
Just taking a guess on it would be 1950s.
I figure this is a space saving device. A vintage cabinet to fill with vintage stuff.
Possibly a garage item. It has holes in the bottom for rollers and some hardware on the back possibly to add another cabinet on top.
