I can't find any solid info an this but going with 1950s or earlier.
It has a beautiful graniteware/enamelware finish which could be 20s through 50s.
It has a woven cord and as can be seen it works. Heats up almost instantly. Brings a large tea pot up to a low whistle.
This would be handy for someone who lived in a rented room in a boarding house.
