I need some help with this , it's some kind of paint advertising sign , don't have a clue as to store or brand ? The disc slowly spins when turned on , any help with this would be appreciated

It was for a color changing light box sign - new ones use LED lighting. Here is a current one with LED's and there is even a short video at the bottom of the link which shows what it does.
