I bought this off a guy who found this in the trash yesterday. i have no idea where it's from, nor about who made it and for what purpose. maybe it's from a puppetry show of the wizard of oz?!

I think it is folk art. It's a lot like my buddy Mr Oinkers. As far as being jointed that is.
