VINTAGE GIRARD PERREGAUX HF OBSERVATORY WRISTWATCH

I know that this watch created an innovation in automatic watches,and it had something to do with the number of beats a second,and it was associated with the NEUCHATEL OBSERVATORY,but I would like some more info on this model,and a date of manufacture if possible,to all that contribute,thanks in advance.
