1930's Russian vintage floor lamp

I received this from a customer as a gift. He had carried it around the world moving to different places like russia, dubai, australia then here to texas where he was moving once again and didnt wanna move it to his new house. Thats where i came into possession of this beautiful piece, i am the one who moved him. ...He told me it was from the 30's-1940's and came from Russia and that it was really old and still works..
Its about 6ft tall made out of copper or maybe copper and brass, it has metal rings going thru the mouth at the top of every leg with some decorative marble eggs above. A sturdy solid circular base and has a portable luminair dimmer light source.
