With its original hardware, this antique table features a leather top and metal claw feet. It measures 25x25x28. We purchased it at an estate sale for a few dollars. Would like to know its age and style, etc.
Nice useful furniture and bargain priced!
Doesn't look to be an antique-- probably mid to late 20th century.
A photo of the drawer sides and bottom should confirm.

Scott, I had to delete pictures so that I could add the pictures of the drawer bottom and side. I also included a picture of the front of the drawer so you could see the detail of the hardware.
Hi, I hope you're still around. I was looking at your table. Unfortunately the first photo is somewhat dark. The pic of the drawer side shows that it has dovetailed finishing (not glued, or nailed), which makes me think this table may be a bit older than Scott suggested. However, I am not a furniture expert. Here's an article from this site concentrating on furniture. http://www.collectorsweekly.com/furniture/overview
It has a lot of very good information and help - you can look on the left-hand side of the page and find different items of furniture that are dealt with in more detail than the overview. The more knowledge you can glean from different sources the better.
I saw another of your posts, so I'm going to have a look at that one now.
Good luck -
Gillian
Dovetails are found in modern furniture-- they are often used in better quality pieces.
The key is HAND CUT dovetails vs. machine.
This piece is mid to late 20th century.

Thanks Scott - I learned something today. I should stay away from furniture as I don't know very much - there's just so many styles, periods, repros etc. At least I can recognise mid-century modern, had a lot of it in a house we lived in in U.K.
No problem. No reason to stay away-- antique furniture is a great area to collect!
Lots of folks on here willing to help out as well.

Scott...Really struggling with identification of a settee we purchased this week. It has facial carvings on the back. I have posted it to this forum. Will you please take a look? Wondering if it could be clerical?
I have a table much like this but stamped with Weiman Heirloon Quality, what do you know about it? It has 4 legs though and handles on all 4 sides even though only one side opens
