Just thought I would let my CW friends know that I have had to step out for a bit, while dealing with some medical issues. Hope to be back soon, this is a fun place to spend time and admire passions of others and share what keeps us going. Keep collecting and being caretakers of our past history.
Be Back Soon,
Dave

Now you have me worried! how can we keep things working smoothly without you? CW is great during recovery. Really hoping to hear from you real soon! Take care friend.
Not to worry BB2. Surgery is over and all went well. At home taking it easy and checking in on CW to see what I missed. Thanks to all for the positive thoughts, prayers and encouragement. I will post something in a little bit to celebrate.
Dave
Glad to hear all went well & that you're on the mend!
Welcome back Bro!
Hi Dave (I know your name now:), what nice words. I often think of myself as a caretaker. I, and others I've read here, post things that have literally been pulled from a skip or saved from the dump. I wish you well and a speedy return to what you love. Fran
So Dave, you aren't going to tell us. OK! Hey, I soaked up all that CW sympathy I got from fellow members when I went thru open heart! 5 ys ago the 19th of next month!! Could I have been on CyberAsylum that long?!! My how time flies when you're having fkng fun!!!!LMAO!! Well, I can see that my search for intelligent life on this planet is going nowhere! LOL! Yeah, a few Coronas! Wish you the best Bro.
BB2, see (comment #7). Just taking it slow now until I'm back at 100%. Not looking for sympathy, just looking for good deals on my treasure hunts.
Thanks Vintagefran for the well-wishes & keep protecting and caring for the tings of the past.
Hi Dave. You recently posted a comment regarding my Russian clock key and we could not find the Russian silversmith. After a bit of digging I have found the silversmith AT which could not be found on the normal sites. Its Alfred Thielemann who was a Workmaster for faberge which hopefully means my clock key belonged to a faberge timepiece. Not sure what to do now. Any suggestions. Neil
