    I found this old key at an Estate sale. I have not seen one like it. It must have been from some large door that was hard to turn because of the large grip. I wonder if anyone knows what this fit? thanks.

      I don't know what it fits, but it looks to be an uncut blank. I believe you are on the right track in that this key was made for unlocking, and then pulling a heavy door or gate open, with the large gripping area on it.
