I found these lovely lively beautiful pottery vases at 2 different estate sales this past weekend. I found the small one first and when I saw the tall one, I just thought how lucky I am! They are both in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. Both are in need of a mild soap bath, but they are beautiful, aren't they?! Both are imprinted with "Germany" and some numbers on the bottom. I believe them to be Carl Gebauer. What do you think?

Thank you Annelanders! These are my first pieces by Carl Gebauer but I had known very little of him before. I just found these two vases so lovely and was certain from their style and marks that they had done age to them. As a result, I'm doing more research on Gebauer. I'm pretty sure they are Gebauer!
