Another lamp out of the cupboard and again bought at auction room about 25 years ago. It is made by Bosson England and has 3 main sides embossed (?) with the story of the hunt. The first side is horse and rider in English country side taking a fence jump following the hounds in pursuit of fox, the second side shows the hound on the trail of the fox, and the third side shows the fox seemingly peeking at chase from a hiding spot. It is still in lovely condition. Hope you like it.

Fantastic the way the scene flows down onto the base.
I love lamp bases but have trouble finding the right shade... aargh, no, really I have trouble thinking of a good shade for the base! Creative is not in my genes.

Hi racer4four, I'm the same (luv the lamp bases too) it's been sitting in the cupboard for a long time. I probably didn't do justice to base in the photos, should have showed how heavily embossed (?) the scenes were. Thank you for luvs racer4four and vetraio50 :)
