battery operated clock movement,looks to be an older one as it has visible transistors in a clear plastic case ,as always I spent way too much time trying to find another one that looks like it!.It is about 14 inches tall and 9 inches square.The clock face is marked Seiko.the body is made of wood and the rooster is plated metal.I can't figure out the symbols on the plaque .Maybe a presentation piece or a tourist piece?
