Really just so beautiful. I suggested Neil S. Hopkins on the other thread but I don't think so now, as all the art I saw seemed to have the full name Neil S. Hopkins.

Crashing waves oil painting by S Hopkins up for sale on shopgoodwill right now but the signature is different. This is in the Willamette-Columbia Goodwill (Portland) so the location is right but wonder why the signatures would be different.
