This guy looks familiar. does anyone recognize him? or the artist? no signature anywhere, unfortunately. i picked it up at Urban Ore yesterday. i think it's probably 1930s or 40s. what do you think?

He looks like the actor Gary Sinise to me ho2. He did play Harry Trumen in one of his movies.

i take it back. i don't think it is truman. i just searched images of caricatures of him and it doesn't seem right to me.
