I was at the Goodwill last weekend and I saw a small bag of knives ($10) and I saw a pen mixed in with them. At first glance I was like ok, then wow. Is this an old balisong (WW2 Philippines) and if so is it rare? It shows some wear, i think it was used a few times. Thank you to you for any assistance you can give me.

What you have here is a cheaper knockoff of a 1960-1970's EK spy knife. This was offered to the public for a short time banned for importation into U.s. by government later), but was used by many pilots as a last ditch weapon in Vietnam...I have one of these knives...has better steel in blade and handles are aircraft aluminum instead of brass....hope that helps.
