    This is my favorite hybrid
This is an English Edwards patent hybrid .It is mint condition as it was found in a toilet ceiling . the metal retaining cap has Edwards patent stamped into it and is often missing as they rust off ,and then the marble falls out as well (the marble is of a smaller size than normal codd s)
this is an 8oz size. the pressure inside the bottle was released, and the marble would gravitate to the bottom of the bottle .When the drink was poured the marble would fall into the ring at the base and allow free flow

Really nice find! Do you normally look in the ceilings of WC's? LOL! Might have to try that.
