I have been trying to find information (a bio) about artist Carlos L Encinas who painted this beautiful depiction of Bolivian landscape. Online research has been difficult because sites relating to the Bolivian catalog/ cultural agency are in Spanish (SEE PHOTO OF STICKER - which was affixed to back of painting).
