I am searching for help on my Leaf and Dart 5 ½” Tumbler in which I describe as “Leaf and Dart with Diamond Ornaments”, (which may or may not be correct). William O. Davis, of Portland Glass first patented the “Loop and Dart” in 1869 and Portland Glass produced this pattern until 1874 from information provided by DoRi Miles and Brad Gougeon. Later Richard and Hartley Flint Glass Company produced the Leaf and Dart and Loop and Dart with Diamond Ornaments between 1870 and 1888. Richard and Hartley later joined the US Glass Co. in 1891 and later produced the
Leaf and Dart patterns as well. With so many companies producing the Loop and Dart patterns, I cannot get a precise handle on who exactly made this pattern and when. My gut says it is the Leaf and Dart with Diamonds and it was made by the US Glass Co. sometime after 1891. Can you help? Thanks

EAPGpatterns shows this piece as a spooner in the 'Leaf and Dart' pattern by Richards & Hartley/Flint Glass Co. c1870s.

Thanks TallCakes for your accurate response. Pride was it's Original name.

EAPGpatterns has 'Pride' as the OMN for 'Double Leaf & Dart'. They aren't always clear on designating OMNs so it may be that "Pride' was also used as an OMN for 'Leaf and Dart' as well, as I haven't research it.
