Family Rocking Chair

I received this chair from my parents who told me that it was from my great grandmother. There are no markings that I can see anywhere on the chair that identify its age, origin, etc. Does anyone know what style this chair is? Or from which period? Age? Any help in identifying this chair would mean a lot to me and my family.
