This item clamps on a table. One handle cranks and the other one is a lever that pushes something towards the crank. It has no markings of any kind. I want to know what it is and what it was used for.

I forgot to mention that this is made of cast iron.
This may be a shotgun shell crimper used when reloading the paper shells. Offer some dimensions.

Shot gun shell crimper makes since. The hole is the size of a 12 gage shell. Length is correct also. Thanks a lot!
