My latest find, a marbled graduated bakelite necklace. I think the color is called bananafudge/Missisippimud or something like that? The necklace is 35 cm in length (13,78 inch). I have a shorter similar one that I have shown before once on CW but these beads have another shape. The clasp is not bakelite.
These are just delicious, Elisabethan! :)
Thankyou Katherine! I love it, looks like choklatecandy. It is 13,78 inches if I've converted the 35 cm's right.
Thankyou Katherine, Newtimes and Kyra for loving my post.

I love this Elisa!! The striations in some of the beads remind me of semiprecious stones... Great piece!

Lol yes, and I think bakelitejewellrycolors often gets names from things you can eat/drink like applejouice, butterscotch etc. I have seen others use the name Missisippimud for this color of bakelite. I think Missisippi gave it's name to some sort of cake in USA? 'Missisippimudcake' or something like that? If I'm right about that I have a feeling bakelitelovers took the name from there to describe this color. It's like 'eyecandy' :)
