I can't find another like him, and hope someone can help me out. Really cute with Googly eyes. Has Germany in red stamped on bottom. I'm guessing he could be from the thirties. There is a faint number on back of leg; looks like 7886. Despite the crack in his hat he is a cool figurine. Or box?

With the green bowler and tie, that coat also, you almost want to say Irish, though beyond that I don't know.

perhaps it was broken and the hat has been redone? • St. Patrick’s Day candy container, composition, standing man, red hair, top hat, pipe, suit, cane, 10 inches, $950. http://www.observer-reporter.com/article/20140315/LIFESTYLES/140319507

Wow, thanks. Yeah, I wish the hat were not broken. I sold him on eBay for $20. Looks though I could have asked for more even with the crack. I wish I still had him. Thanks to both of you your comments.
