Appears to be a reverse Glass Painting vintage

This appears to be a reverse glass painting of two Swans, frogs on the pond it measures 16.5" x 10.5" this painting is beautiful with some minor defects looks like paint might have worked away from the glass in some spots at the bottom any information or guidance to where I can research this type of art or who might have created it would be greatly appreciated !
