Pre Prohibition Handblowen 1/2 pint Strap Sided Cork Top Bottle

I have this strap sided bottle I recently picked up and I am trying to see if i can find the maker, But I am not having success so far. The only markings on the bottle are either C.W.L or C.W.I. or G.W.L. or G.W.I. it is hard to tell. I did find the Great Western Glass Company, St. Louis, Missouri c.1874-c.1887 But there mark just has the G.W. with no I or L as far as I can tell. I have added this bottle to my collection and would like to know more about it. If any one can help me date this bottle and identify the maker I would appreciate it.
