This is sooo sweet. I got it at a Senior Facility Sale Today- A woven WICKER chair with a pattern in blue and a matching "sitting "dolly with shy hand-painted face. Looks "collectible" to me--all WELL MADE!I don't think the doll was played with , still with tag. She has probably sat primly for at least a few decades I expect, in her darling chair!!. It looks like a certain type of old wicker lawn chair--nice sized, not small, it's roomy.
I was there at the start of sale--and when I saw this--I melted. What say you? I only paid $4. This sits on a high shelf in my front room! Brings a smile!

One of my favorite things.
Does anyone know where I could find another one of the "sitter" dolls? There is room for a" friend" in her chair! My grandaughter Marina 4, asked me to" find her a friend". How sweet!
