    Purple glass with lots of bubbles of varying size. A little larger than a baseball. Identifying label missing from the flat base. The round base is approximately 1.5" in diameter. Can anyone identify? Possibly Murano glass? I've searched for another, but had no luck. It really is a gorgeous color--very soothing to contemplate.

      A photograph of the base would be helpful for the ID. Pretty!

      It's really just a flat spot on the glass ball--not a real base (see new picture). Thanks for your comment!

      Okay, yes, thanks. Well one of the glass experts may drop a comment on this thread, but looks to me like Chinese contemporary. Love that color, enjoy it. :)

      Katherine is correct - the matte finish base signals Chinese.
      I have a blue one of these - nice glass!
