The print itself is 23" high and 17 1/2" across. I think it's a print, anyway. This came from the same charity shop as the bisque doll I also have posted here. Again, a couple of bucks.
I can't seem to figure out the artist's name and could not find this particular print in a photo search.

I tried Hahle for the last name, no joy. You could try using the last letters of the first name lla, here, if this helps:

I tried various spellings, love that site Katherine! No luck on my side. I thought it looked Hawaiian but then I think those are cherry blossoms, so maybe Japanese???

I think the name is Ulla (Ursula) Kahle. German name, quite common. Of course I might be wrong.
